What is included and not in my monthly service fee?
Independent Living monthly service fee includes a carefree lifestyle that includes three restaurant-style meals each day, along with extended morning and evening buffet hours. All utilities and cable television are covered, excluding telephone. Weekly housekeeping, including linen service, is provided. Transportation is also taken care of so that you don’t have to worry about it. Transportation arrangements are taken care of, and the apartments are unfurnished to allow you to personalize them.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, we welcome pets in Independent Living! We have a one time non refundable pet fee of $300.
